Certifications

All six certificates are issued to IBS Bulgaria by URS (United Registrar of Systems).

• ISO 9001:2015, quality management. Certified since 2004. Your project follows a documented, audited way of working.
• ISO/IEC 27001:2022, information security. Certified since 2013. The information you entrust to us is protected by an audited security management system.
• ISO/IEC 27701:2019, privacy information management. Certified since 2025. Personal data in your systems is handled under audited privacy controls.
• ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, IT service management. Certified since 2016. Delivery, maintenance and support of your infrastructure and applications follow an audited service process.
• ISO 22301:2019, business continuity. Certified since 2025. The services you depend on, including our cloud solutions as a service, are covered by an audited continuity plan.
• ISO 14001:2015, environmental management. Certified since 2020.
