Since today, May 17, 2016, Busticket.bg offers e-tickets instead of only reservations. Thus, users of the online system will organize their trip faster and easier - without visiting the travel company onsite pay desk and reservations in advance.

Key changes:

• Customers buy a ticket, instead of making only reservation.
• No need to visit the travel company onsite pay desk to receive your tickets. Printed e-ticket is sufficient.
• When boarding the bus, the customer is required to present the printed e-ticket.

Up to 15 minutes before bus departure, you can receive your printed e-ticket at Biomet pay desk.

Registered customers can take a look at their paid e-tickets in section Payments in their Profile at Busticket.bg.
